Delphia begins with her own powerful story of overcoming abuse and the importance of how her company is helping women escape domestic abuse across the United States. After fleeing her abuser Delphia began to build her company Blessings From My Heart to Your Table, a catering company that employs survivors of domestic violence. Her mission is to create an environment that is conducive to their health and healing that is validating. Blessings helps these women to build their confidence not only by employing them but teaching them the skill of creating complex food dishes. As these women grow in their skill, they grow in their ability to stand confidently on their own two feet and build a better future for themselves and their family.
