Neesha Ponciano was raised in the church by a worship leader. Things started to fall apart when her dad cheated on her mom and her parents split up. She started hanging out with the wrong crowd, got into drugs, and things quickly spiraled downward after that leading to partying, abusive relationships, and single motherhood. It was then that Neesha endured the most horrific nightmare, and became a helpless victim to unspeakable torture and abuse. But even in her darkest hour, God was with her through it all. After escaping the deeply traumatic situation, Neesha struggled to process what she experienced and tried to commit suicide nine times. BUT GOD had other plans, and He wasn’t done with her yet. The road to recovery wasn’t easy, but God has brought MIRACULOUS healing to her mind! Neesha was one of those addicts that everyone had lost hope for, but now she is completely sober and has more than she ever prayed for! Her life is living proof of the miraculous, healing power of God. In Neesha’s story, we find complete hope that NO MATTER WHAT we have been through, no matter how low we have been, no matter how much trauma we have suffered… we can recover, we can heal, and we can be made NEW through Jesus!!
