Description
Today on the Wake Up or Die podcast, Ashley has welcomed Jennifer the soul traveler to talk about quantum healing. Jennifer explains that quantum healing is an incredibly life-altering modality...
show moreThe speaker was fascinated by Dolores Cannon, an ancient Egyptian and Atlantean system, when she came across a video about it. After binge-watching all the videos, she wanted to find a practitioner, but there was none in her area. She flew to LA and had a session, during which the subconscious revealed that the speaker was supposed to become a practitioner. She was hesitant, but finally the pandemic came and served as a catalyst for them leaving their job and pursuing their dream of becoming a practitioner.
Quantum healing practitioner, Q-H-H-T, has had over 100 clients in the past two and a half years. Sessions are lengthy and often involve spiritual counseling and deep diving into past life regression. Clients often uncover past life trauma or gain understanding of life lessons and soul family. The subconscious is scanned from head to toe, allowing for realignment of chakras and removal of trapped emotions. The question and answer portion allows clients to get answers from their higher self on any query.
The conversation is between a practitioner and a person interested in learning about the self-healing work they do. The practitioner talks about how they get messages from clients saying they've made life-altering changes after a session. They also talk about working with terminally ill clients and one particular story of a client who no longer needed his thick glasses after a session. The practitioner then goes into more depth about how self-healing works and how there needs to be an alignment of belief systems in order for miracles to happen. They describe how trauma fragments off a human soul like a baseball fragments off a diamond, and how realigning these fragments back into the diamond is how true healing and miracles occur.

HIGHLIGHTS
QUOTE #2
I feel that when you talk about that trauma because I feel even part of me still lives in that fight or flight. And it took me so long to realize I had a very traumatic childhood, but I don't want to deep dive into it too much. But my mom was a schizophrenic single mom, and one of the traumas was that she was always preparing for the end of the world, like every day. The world is ending. The world is ending. You need to wake up. - Jennifer Michell
QUOTE #3
That being said, yes, you can utilize all of these plant medicines, and it can enhance your creativity and your quality of life. Really, that's what it is. I struggle in my life sometimes with anxiety, like severe crippling anxiety, and I've really learned to utilize Thca specifically. There's a lot of different perpet and different avenues and ways to use cannabis. But I've utilized this one specific, and I know that I'm able to have a much healthier quality of life and conversation with people because my cells are relearning. I say this, my cells are relearning. What it's like to be well and in homeostasis still? Because for 20 plus years of my life, I lived in Fight Flight, Bond Freeze. I didn't know that I did, but I'm still not all the way. It's like 17 years later, after I stopped, my cellular memory still exists. - Ashley Jackson
QUOTE #4
The plant medicine allows you to have a conscious death in a very rapid way. So most of the medicines, not the macro dosing of mushrooms, so much. But if you take a regular dose of any of the medicine, you're going to come with a question eventually you might throw at first, but there will be a question that says, are you willing to die to everything you know, to wake up, to live, to everything that is for you? - Ashley Jackson
QUOTE #5
And it eliminates the veil of the third dimension and it allows you to work in the fifth dimension without hesitation. That being said, I believe that plant medicine, specifically these things we're talking about, is the link to the nutrition your brain needs to be able to develop neuroplasticity. If you've been exposed to fluoride for a long time, if you've been exposed to a lot of chemicals, you've been exposed to serious conditioning, which most of us have. - Ashley Jackson
QUOTE #1
And so the sound of the soothing ocean is really the sound of your puppy blanket that's all over you. It's really the sound of peace and safety and love, and it's really the sound of nothing, because nothing is really the sound of peace, which is the sound of safety, which is the sound of love. And these three words go in a box together in a shelf in your pantry, and we keep them there. And if something were to happen, you can go to the pantry, and you can look in the box, and you can feed yourself with these cookies of love and safety and peace. - Ashley Jackson
QUOTE #7
Yeah, so plant medicine, that's a great question because I think everyone's wondering about it right now. From the rise of cannabis right, to the rise of psilocybin, it's just popped on the screen like Utah's passing psilocybin laws. Like, red flag alert, somebody look. Right? That's the serious stuff. Plant medicine. All the plants are a lot like people. This kind of sounds weird, but each plant has a different personality, and it has a different purpose, and it has a different thought process and teaching process. - Ashley Jackson
QUOTE #8
Yeah, I think trauma creates an awareness. I've really redefined what trauma is linearly. I heard a definition that really made a lot of sense. Trauma is not being seen and heard. That's all trauma is. And the tricky part about trauma is it takes two people to get into it and it takes two people to get out of it. And when you witness someone's trauma where you listen to them say whatever they need to say and you don't say anything back other than, I'm so sorry this happened to you, that witnessing alone can heal people's traumas. - Ashley Jackson
QUOTE #9
And it's so interesting something that you had touched on earlier and it aligns with the story right now you just told about your client is trauma. Trauma is often the catalyst to opening us up. Those of us who do this type of work or have these abilities have often had very traumatic events or traumatic childhood. And trauma just has the ability to kind of just plop us open, whether it's psychically or spiritually, to be more open to different mentalities and things, to be able to come into our life. - Jennifer Mitchell
