The NBA Draft was last night, and a bunch of guys with local connections got snagged by NBA teams, but possibly the greatest story was Matisse Thybulle heading to Philly. Thybulle is an example of a guy who wouldn't have been a first-round pick two years ago, or even a year ago, but by putting in the work, he worked his way up. We watched the ESPN coverage of the draft last night, but frankly it was a little confusing and left a lot to be desired. It's disappointing considering how well the NFL Draft is done. Andy Eide is now the NHL correspondent for NHL.com. He updates us briefly on the latest as we count down the months to a new pro hockey franchise in Seattle. On Something Good, Coby White is genuinely excited to see his teammate drafted.
