The official league year in the NFL begins on Wednesday, and that's when free agency will really get interesting, but "legal tampering" began today, and within minutes deals were already announced. Of note to Seahawks fans, Justin Coleman was offered far more money than the Hawks would have or should have offered him. It's just a matter of time until we find out where Earl is going (it sounds like it isn't going to be Dallas) but he's undoubtedly seeing dollar signs with the Landon Collins deal. One thing everyone here continues to keep their eye on is Frank Clark who expects a contract. Clark has done everything to prove his value to this team, and isn't likely to go anywhere. The Seahawks will find a way to get a deal done with him. Aside from Clark, the keys to the off-season are DJ Fluker and JR Sweezy, something that would have seemed unfathomable a year ago. Nick Foles just received a four-year $88 million deal with the Jaguars, which we've sort of known was coming. On Something Good, the Burpee Challenge discussed on Friday continues to expand. It's good to see people get up for those who are down.
