The Seahawks are making a deep playoff run, and there's no question, the veteran leadership on the team is playing a role. Earlier this year when the Hawks needed a tight end, they could have brought in someone else, but Luke Willson has been here before. KJ and Bobby are still great on the field, but they've also proven that they make a difference in the locker room. Russell Wilson is obviously an impactful leader, and Marshawn is a guy lots of these players look up to. When the spotlight shines brighter, and the pressure intensifies, good leadership matters, and the Seahawks have it.
