We continue our conversation with The Athletic's Michael-Shawn Dugar, the AP's Tim Booth, and KJR's own Curtis Crabtree on all things Seattle Seahawks. Last hour, we talked about who absolutely needed to stay on the team; so who might the Hawks be able to let loose? What about Russell Wilson? Do the Hawks have any option other than to pay him every penny of what he's worth? One year ago today, we found out that Tyler Hilinski had taken his own life. Ian takes a few minutes to talk about Tyler, and what we've hopefully learned as we try to destigmatize discussions about mental health, and hopefully prevent more suicides in the future.
