Gary Whitta was one of the writers for Rogue One for which he also coined the title. He has also been credited on 4 pivotal episodes of Star Wars Rebels. He wrote the critically acclaimed film Book of Eli, has written From a Certain Point of View: A New Hope and penned Star Wars comic books. Most recently, he has published a book called Gun Dog - available now on Amazon.com: https://a.co/d/iiu1K9F - set in a post apocalyptic earth and featuring battling enormous Mech robots.

Previously, Whitta served as editor-in-chief of both the UK and US versions of PC Gamer Magazine.
