Keira Merkovsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Parenting Coach, and a strong believer in the power of personal growth.Â
In her work with clients, she enjoys walking beside them as they learn to understand themselves better, break old, ineffective habits, and live more intentionally so that they can experience more joy-filled and connected relationships.Â
She is the founder of Evolving Mothers, a compassion-based program where mothers connect, laugh, and grow together while supporting each other in their shared goal of conscious parenting.Â
Keira lives in Southern California with her incredibly supportive husband, and her two children who serve as her greatest teachers.
Join us on todays episode where we talk about Learning to get comfortable being uncomfortable (emotionally) so that we are better equipped to set boundaries (one of the most loving things we can do for others!) and help our kids work THROUGH their emotions (rather that try to quash them so we dont have to experience discomfort) and so much more
