IGARA (pronounced “e-gara”) is the acronym for the Independent Gospel Artist Radio Alliance, an organization founded by Keith and Teresa Powell, owners of the iGospel Music Network. As music producers and also indie gospel artists, Keith and Teresa know all too well the pangs and struggles of indie gospel artists. As a result of their journey, and conversations with other indie gospel artists they have met along the way, IGARA was born.

The organization was birthed in September of 2014. With a network of 80 + affiliates that service and support indie gospel artists, IGARA is certain to continue to grow by leaps and bounds in the coming years.
