Going with the flow is a very popular catchphrase, and one that can sometimes keep us stuck in resistance, especially when we're being told what to do! As someone who sometimes struggles to let go, and allow things to be as they are, I've had to work to find ways that I can go with the flow.
Usually, when we're operating from a place of relaxation and allowing, things do work out in our favor! It's counterintuitive as we'd think that the harder we work to create our own outcome, the bigger the reward- but that's not true.
Sometimes these are in very simple areas, other times it's over the big things where I've had no choice but to surrender.
