In this episode, I discuss how speaking on our past trauma helps us to heal with special guest Michaela Mae. She is a new author. Her courage to write about the sexual abuse she suffered in her childhood is to be applauded. It is my hope and hers as well that by sharing her story, it will encourage others to do the same.
