As a kid we were asked on a regular basis by adults, ‘what do you want to do when you grow up?’. You answer their question with the usual, firefighter, popstar, Willy Wonka’s personal assistant… (just me?)… and they follow with an abundance of praise, well wishes and advice. But did they ever take a moment to mention the journey you’ll have to take every single day when you achieve that dream job… no? Funny that.
