Ask yourself:
✅Did I accomplish my objective?
✅What would I do differently?
✅What action will occur from the performance? Mentally, see this dynamic happening as if it’s so. ✅How was my S.C.O.R.E.®?
2️⃣Standard The Standard Evaluation is for longer performances. It needs approximately two to five minutes. Ask yourself some of the questions:
📍What do the participants (opponents) think now?
📍Did I accomplish my goals? If not why?
📍What is my S.C.O.R.E. Level? Rate it from 1 to 10 (10 is high).
📍What tools were used or needed to be used?
3️⃣In-depth. Take more time to evaluate after a performance. Think in a more detailed manner, being objective in your evaluation. Ask questions such as:
🎯Did I prepare well? Yes or no. If not, what do I need to do differently?
🎯Were my visualizations accurate?
🎯Rate my S.C.O.R.E. Level on a 1–10 scale before the event (10 is high).
🎯Rate my S.C.O.R.E. Level on a 1–10 scale during the event (10 is high).
🎯Were my routines satisfactory?
🎯Did I open the performance(s) in the present tense?
