show more> Ingeborg Reichle, PhD, is an art historian and cultural theorist and currently holds the position of a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS) in Potsdam, Germany, working on the intersection of art, science, and sustainability. In recent years she served as Professor in the Department of Media Theory at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria, there she also served as founding chair of the Department of Cross-disciplinary Strategies (CDS). Before joining the faculty of the Department of Media Theory as full professor in 2016, she was FONTE professor at Humboldt University Berlin, Germany. In 2004 she gained her PhD from the Humboldt University Berlin with a dissertation about Art in the Age of Techno science (Springer, Vienna, 2009). She is advising a number of art institutions like the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe, Germany.
