Welcome to Conversations about Men. In this episode, we have a unique guest: he is an embodiment coach, empowerer of men, and an instrument of the great mother. Today on the show, we have Amir Khalighi.
Amir teaches men how to reconnect to their bodies so they can live a better quality of life. He provides weekly sessions for men who want to do the work and be connected to a conscious community. Amir’s mission is to build a safe community of men who can live purpose-driven lives. I particularly enjoyed this conversation not only because of the topics that we talked about, (we talked about relationships, masculinity, finding your mission, and men’s work among others) but also because Amir goes really deep on explaining relevant subjects for men.
