They were targeting Uber and Lyft drivers, but also affected freelance writers and other independent contractors. AB5 has cost California nearly 1 million jobs. Assemblywoman Christy Smith voted for this monstrosity and now wants to take it to a federal level as a Congresswoman.
Andy Mangione, Senior Vice President of AMAC Action, conservative alternative to AARP. AARP backed Obamacare. AMAC backs Trump’s healthcare policies that give Americans more freedom and empowers patients to take charge of their own healthcare and price transparency.
If you’re an American citizen and steal someone’s identity, you go to jail. But if you’re here illegally and steal someone’s identity, you get a pass because it was the only way they could get a job. How is that equal justice?
