Sales is literally the “transference of belief”, meaning in order to sell something, you have to believe in it! This can be easy when it comes to physical items you already love, but what about when you have to sell yourself? That’s what a first impression is all about - transfering the belief that you are worth someone’s time!

According to Oxford Languages, confidence is “a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities.”
Well, you have to be aware of something to appreciate it, right? So the first step has to be to be aware of, or DEVELOP your abilities, then you have to identify and accentuate your strengths, finally you have to practice having faith and confidence in your abilities and be willing to rely on others to be strong where you are weak!
