IPL Prediction – Chennai Super Kings
This season CSK did not have a very high-profile auction. DC has the talents of Prithvi Shaw, Rishabh Pant and has drafted Shikhar Dhawan in the team. With Chris Morris, KagisoRabada and Trent Boult already inside the squad, they do have one formidable team. The Delhi franchise has not managed to get to the playoffs since the inaugural season. IPL Prediction – Kings XI Punjab
The IPL fantasy league fans might know, in the auction, there was a lot of money spent on some the cricket players, such as VarunChakravarthy by KXIP. During the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2018 – the 50 over domestic tournament in India – Chakravarthy has picked up 22 wickets at 16.68 – ending as the tournament’s second highest wicket-taker. They have also spent greatly on Prabhsimran Singh, about to turn 19, this year, mainly due to his good display with the Under-19.

IPL Prediction – Kolkata Knight Riders
KKR was a force to become reckoned with when Gautam Gambhir was at the helm. However, Dinesh Karthik in his first season in charge finished third in the last season of IPL. KKR has stocked up on some of the finest Under-19 Indian talents such as ShivamMavi, Shubman Gill and KamleshNagarkoti last season. KKR looks a powerful force and going by the squad, they have a chance to chase down any target and in addition defend any score in a given day.

IPL Prediction – Mumbai Indians
On the subject of titles, CSK’s closest rivals are MI. The Mumbai players may have a few things to prove after they directly failed to make it to the playoffs last season. IPL Prediction – Rajasthan Royals
With the return of Steven Smith in RR, their batting will strengthen. RR includes a series of talented all-rounders including Jofra Archer, Ben Stokes, Stuart Binny, and the lately bought Ashton Turner and Lancashire’s Liam Livingstone. But, their biggest purchase was fast bowler JaydevUnadkar. RR was captained by AjinkyaRahane in IPLT20 cricket games 2018 and it can be interesting to see if the equation changes when Smith comes back. RR has not won the IPL title ever since the inaugural season in 2018. Sadly, one day they could play quite well, however, the next they look like an average set of players.

IPL Prediction – Royal Challengers Bangalore
Virat Kohli-led RCB is yet to flavour the IPL success. They have come close a few times but they have failed at the final challenge. RCB has all-rounders such as AkshdeepNath, ShivamDube and 16-year-old Prayas Ray Barman. RCB also has West Indies’ hard-hitting batsman ShimronHetmyer this season, along with already present AB de Villiers, Parthiv Patel, who is also a wicketkeeping option, another wicketkeeper Heinrich Klaasen, who is a talented batsman. Colin de Grandhomme is for fast bowling along with Marcus Stoinis. Mohammad Siraj, Tim Southee, Umesh Yadav, YuzvendraChahal and Co. will have to step up for bowling.

IPL Prediction – Sunrisers Hyderabad
SRH have fantastic players in all departments. The fast bowlers will be led by Bhuvneshwar Kumar along with Khaleel Ahmed, Billy Stanlake and Sandeep Sharma to support him. The team has among the best all-rounders – Shakib Al Hasan, Vijay Shankar, Yusuf Pathan and Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi. Rashid Khan has floored the IPL T20 cricket games during the last couple of seasons and is a key figure of SRH. Although Kane Williamson captained SRH last time to runners-up end, it will probably be interesting to see if David Warner gets his job back, after coming back from the ban.
