Your thoughts can take you down some wild rabbit holes. One moment, everything’s fine... then suddenly, you’re spiraling, convinced the worst will happen. I get it. But here’s the thing: not every thought you have is true.

That’s why 2 Corinthians 10:5 says to “take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.”

Before I let worry take over, I’m trying something new: asking, Is this thought true based on fear, or is it true based on God’s Word? Because if God’s not the source of it, I don’t need to dwell on it.
