Drawing from Dr. Hylton’s own experiences, she aims to shed light on the silent struggles many face and offer hope through her story. Dr. Hylton will also discuss the practical exercises found in her companion workbook, Vanquishing Monsters, which are designed to empower individuals to reclaim their lives from the grips of despair. Karla’s goal is to inspire listeners and highlight how these books serve as powerful tools for healing and resilience.
