As an author of the book "Whisper From Within" and a devoted mother of three, my journey intertwines with a military background since 2011. Dedicated to serving veterans, I volunteer at the PTSD Foundation, collaborating with global organizations and healthcare professionals to disseminate vital information to veterans and their families. With a recent college degree in science and 14 years of pharmacy and compound experience, I bring a unique perspective to the table. Additionally, as a licensed personal trainer, I emphasize holistic wellness.
