As a child, Cassidy was bullied due to a birth defect that could not be hidden. There came a day when he realized something monumental about those who were so cruel to him. And it changed his life.

His first feature film was the remake of The Longest Yard, starring Adam Sandler, Chris Rock and Burt Reynolds. Hear how Cassidy thought he was fired, but found out he had impressed Sandler and was rewarded!
