show moreThe Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to find your inner strengths in order to overcome bullying. Maybe you’ve been told that you are incapable of doing things and your self-esteem has been lowered. Perhaps you’ve been harassed and called names. By turning the other cheek and reaching out to others for support, you can overcome physical and emotional attacks.
Our first caller, Joy, is a mother of two special needs children and is having trouble balancing other aspects of her life while meeting the demands of parenting. Nancy tells Joy to focus on herself and to separate her two roles, the mother and Joy the woman. Listen in with Nancy, so you can learn how to deal with the pressure you may feel from your commitments.
Our second caller, Kelly, is seeing a boy that has developed feelings far past what they spoke about or that she has for him and wants to know how she can best handle the situation. Nancy advises Kelly to refer to him as “friend” and to let him know that she is seeing other people. Tune in with Nancy, to receive guidance on how to establish some distance and figure out what you want in your relationship.
Our inspirational guest, Sarah Stump, was born without a left arm. When she was 8, she realized that she was unique from the other kids. She had trouble doing things like tying her hair or jump roping. As she got older, she received negativity on her social media through comments and direct messaging. However, she remained confident in her own skin. Listen to Sarah explain how using humor and being proud of how she was created, allowed her to harness the strength to look past her differences.
Our final caller, Ryan, has been in a relationship for years and is having trouble finding new ways to emotionally connect with his partner. Nancy suggests that he buys a couple’s book that contains questions that prompt deeper conversations with his girlfriend. Tune in with Nancy, to learn how you can be resourceful in order to face the challenges that arise.
Maybe you’ve been pressured or threatened to do something you didn’t want to do or even experienced physical harm. Perhaps you’ve been excluded from a group that you believed were your friends or rumors were spread about you. Even though you may feel like the world is against you, remind yourself that you have the power to overcome the negativity. Allow your experiences, good or bad, and your inner strength guide you to a life where you are living full out.
