Lingala is a bantu language spoken in the two Congos, we are (the Democratic Republic of the Congo & the Republic of the Congo) and as well some parts of Central African Republic & Angola.

Pona bo kundoli: Lingala ezali monoko ya bantu oyo ba lobaka na ba Congo mibale oyo eza: La République démocratique du Congo to na mokuse Congo-Kinshasa na République du Congo to Congo brazzaville, ainsi que République centrafricaine mpe bikote misusu ya Angola.

Mineral resources are just a sub set of natural resources. In other words Natural resources is the all encompassing. Mineral resources mainly come from the earths crust you have to mine/extract them.
