Senator Turner welcomes 35-year veteran educator and author, Mary Cole Watson to #HelloSomebody to discuss her book, “Wisdom Warriors.” A series of 22 educational stories, this book seeks to empower young African-American readers with factual and historical knowledge to dispel social stereotypes and rhetoric that keeps them from reaching their full potential.
