If you've been listening to the pod for a while you'll know that one of my favourite guests (and a real friend of the show) is the gorgeous Lily Pebbles. I loved having Lily in the studio first with her best friend Anna (The Anna Edit), then when she was pregnant and shared her hopes and fears with me and for this episode, when as promised, she came back to tell me all about life as a Mum.

Lily is SO open and honest about childbirth, the early days of being mum to baby Gray and how she feels that she has changed. I felt so honoured to have this really personal chat with her and that I can share it with you.

This isn't just for Mums or pregnant women but for anyone who has had a big change in their life. Lily is an inspiration!
