Who is Sarah Young?
Sarah Young is a 43-year-old mother who reached a point where she felt overwhelmed by being pulled in too many directions, prompting her to find ways to regain control of her life. She homeschools her two middle school sons and runs a business coaching other homeschool moms. Sarah helps them transition from chaos to calm by teaching systems and routines that enable them to regain control and balance their lives through a priority-based lifestyle.
