Ca: El sol incloïa els carrers de Barcelona, llançant una llum càlida sobre les façanes ondulades del treball de Gaudí.

Ca: La brisa marina es colava entre les estretes vies, i portava amb ella l'olor del assaig de l'amor.

Ca: Marta, amb la seva cara radiant i el seu vestit blau que sobresortia entre el tumult de la ciutat, s'estava dirigint a un dels seus restaurants preferits de la Ciutat Vella, juntament amb els seus vells amics, Jordi i Gerard, a qui no havia vist des de fa temps.
