In this episode, M, a 20-year-old college student tells her unique ED recovery story in that she became symptom free quickly and, other than a few weeks in higher level of care, was able to continue an exercise regimen – something not typically possible. M struggled early in life with Obsessive, Compulsive Disorder where she built skills, she used to manage her ED at first on her own. But like many who struggle with ED, a village of support is almost always needed to find true and sustainable recovery. Her tenacious strong will, positive outlook and complete willingness and openness to find recovery draw an inspiring path for others to emulate. She brings us a young hope-filled & refreshing voice in a tough ED world!
