Story Transcript:

Ro: Soarele răsărea încet peste Piața Sfatului din Brașov.
En: The sun was slowly rising over the Council Square in Brașov.

Ro: Aerul de dimineață era proaspăt.
En: The morning air was fresh.

Ro: Ion, Maria și Andrei pregăteau tarabele cu fructe și legume.
En: Ion, Maria, and Andrei were preparing the stalls with fruits and vegetables.

Ro: Ion aranja merele roșii pe tarabă.
En: Ion was arranging the red apples on the stall.

Ro: Maria punea struguri proaspeți în coșuri.
En: Maria was placing fresh grapes in baskets.

Ro: Andrei își pregătea marfa: roșii, castraveți și ardei.
En: Andrei was getting his goods ready: tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.

Ro: Piața începea să se umple de oameni.
En: The market was starting to fill with people.

Ro: Era zi de piață.
En: It was market day.

Ro: Oamenii veneau să cumpere produse proaspete.
En: People came to buy fresh produce.

Ro: Atmosfera era plină de energie și voie bună.

Ro: Un client s-a apropiat de taraba lui Ion.
En: A customer approached Ion’s stall.

Ro: "Cât costă un kilogram de mere?
En: "How much does a kilogram of apples cost?"

Ro: A strigat: "Hei!

Ro: "Andrei era ocupat cu un grup mare de clienți.
En: Andrei was busy with a large group of customers.

Ro: Toți doreau castraveți și ardei.
En: Everyone wanted cucumbers and peppers.

Ro: A reușit să mulțumească pe toată lumea și să vândă marfa rapid.
En: He managed to satisfy everyone and sell the goods quickly.

Ro: La prânz, cei trei prieteni s-au așezat pe o bancă pentru a mânca.
En: At noon, the three friends sat on a bench to eat.

Ro: Ion i-a spus Mariei: "Trebuie să fim mai atenți.
En: Ion said to Maria, "We need to be more careful.

Ro: Nu vreau să mai pierdem marfă.
En: I don't want to lose more goods."

Ro: " Maria a dat din cap, înțelegând.
En: Maria nodded in understanding.

Ro: După-amiaza, Andrei a observat câțiva copii jucându-se în piață.
En: In the afternoon, Andrei noticed some children playing in the market.

Ro: Cu toate micile probleme, ziua a fost un succes.
En: Despite the small problems, the day had been a success.

Ro: Acasă, Ion a spus: "Astăzi a fost o zi bună.
En: At home, Ion said, "Today was a good day.

Ro: Ne-am descurcat bine.
En: We did well."

Ro: " Maria a zâmbit și a adăugat: "Da, și am învățat să fim mai atenți.
