One night while closing alone at Westridge Shopping Center in Fredrick, Maryland Tracey was brutally stabbed to death in what looked like a crime of rage. Robbery was ruled out pretty quickly and this case is still active even though it has been almost 33 years. There have been a few suspects throughout the years, but to this day no one has been brought to justice.
