#MeditationMonday - Meditation to Connect to your Sadness!
In today's episode we are going to continue #meditationmonday as you seem to be enjoying it, which I am absolutely loving to see, nothing makes me happier than seeing more and more of you taking the time to join in with our meditations.
So this week the theme of connection is continuing with a meditation to connect you to your Sadness. Now I know this might seem like a strange one but I always go where the angels and in this case Archangel Azrael is leading me. You may feel why would I want to do that, but it is so important to bring an awareness to your sadness so you can start to heal and release, I promise you it will be worth it.
