Sandra took care of her father who couldn't take care of her. But what sets her apart is her unwavering mission to destigmatize mental illness and normalize it, just like any other disease. She knows firsthand the challenges and the stigma that individuals facing mental health issues endure, and she's on a crusade to change that.
