What started during the pandemic as Mia Lind's personal mindfulness and gratitude activity has now become a viral trend with over a half a billion views and millions of women taking part. The #HotGirlWalk has one rule: you can only think about three things, 1. what you're grateful for, 2. your goals, and finally, 3. how hot you are (hint: this isn't about looks — it's about how you feel). We wanted to find out even more about the Hot Girl Walk so we asked Mia, creator of the movement, to share the story behind the walk and how going on regular #HotGirlWalks has helped her and countless other women boost their mental and physical health.
