Good morning, Floridians! Get ready for your daily dose of coastal weather updates straight from the National Weather Service in Miami, Florida!

Let's start with the Atlantic coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef and the Gulf coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee. We've got a moderate to fresh north-northeasterly breeze behind a cold front, with shower and thunderstorm activity gradually diminishing. Drier conditions are expected to return and stick around for the week. Gulf Stream hazards include seas ranging from 7 to 9 feet today.

For the coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach, a Small Craft Advisory is in effect until late tonight. Today, expect northeast winds of 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 25 miles per hour, seas reaching 5 to 8 feet, and choppy conditions in exposed areas. As we move into Wednesday and Thursday, winds will ease up a bit, but conditions will remain choppy.

Moving on to the coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef, a similar Small Craft Advisory is in place through late tonight. Today's forecast includes northeast winds of 15 to 20 miles per hour, seas ranging from 4 to 6 feet along the coast up to 8 feet in the Gulf Stream. Intracoastal waters will be choppy in exposed areas.

Lastly, for the coastal waters from Chokoloskee to Bonita Beach, a Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 8 AM this morning. Nearshore, expect northeast winds shifting to be north at 10 to 15 miles per hour, while offshore will experience 15 to 20 mile per hour winds with gusts to 25 miles per hour. Seas will vary from 2 feet or less near shore to 2 to 4 feet offshore, with conditions improving as we head into the latter part of the week.

Remember, folks, safety first, especially out on the water during these windy conditions. For more detailed forecasts, check out the National Weather Service Miami. Thank you for listening and make sure to subscribe to never miss an update!
