Jamie has a PTSD Buddy Chat with Mike as he shares with Jamie and us his incredible story of how PTSD came into his life but how he is beating it. Mike is a veteran and while he was serving he was sexually assaulted by his first sergeant. He now is creating YouTube videos about how fitness has helped him deal with his PTSD. He has even gone on to help many other veterans battle their PTSD through fitness. Mike is going into a fitness competition to inspire others and spread his word. Mike has inspired so many people with his videos and he shares some of his stores in this video.
