As accusations about who is responsible for the murders in moscow continue to come in hot and heavy, one of the people who was initially thought involved was Kaylee's ex boyfriend. However, after police investigated him and his whereabouts during the morning in question, the police have ruled him out.
That hasn't stopped some people from continuing to blame him though and now his family is speaking out.
