Hey loves I'm Henry Ciul and There's so much Chaos all the time in this world .I think it's important to capture emotion in a full spectrum. We can't remove negative emotions completely or look away from them all the time. Only when it affects us negatively to do so should we disengage with someone struggling. Example; crime scene investigators have to stare at mutilated, violated bodies of people and even children. It's horrible but it's how they catch the real evil and save people. It takes a huge toll but the knowledge of subjecting oneself to such atrocities is necessary to rid the world of rapists and murderers. They often seek talk therapy to process what they see and that leads back to communicating being the the best breakwater for overcoming mental instability.
Such is listening to people with a low opinion of themselves or who are just flat out struggling to cope in this insane world.
