There are so many misconceptions and missed opportunities that traditional thinking around the "new year" can bring. Personally, I typically feel SO much pressure at the start of the new year to fully embrace the blank slate and to even step into that "new year, new me" kind of mindset.

As you'll hear me share a lot on the pod- I completely understand the excitement and hope that a new opportunity and new beginnings bring us! However, I also think finding a bit of a reality check about the expectations we set for ourselves, and keeping in mind that just because it's a new year doesn't mean that we won't have many series of opportunities to work on our growth and transformation.
