As I was having breakfast this morning, I received a text message from Liz Daly of Dalydesigns in Greenville SC. Today was the first day of operations for a site managed by the South Carolina Cares act. The site opened up this morning to accept applications from nonprofits, minority owned and small businesses with fewer than 25 employees that have been impacted financially due to COVID-19.
The site became inaccessible almost immediately for registration, reporting errors to users that the site had reached its available portal license limit.
