Uk: У ЛЬВОВІ, НА ПЛОЩІ РИНОК, світило сонце.
En: In Lviv, at Rynok Square, the sun was shining.

Uk: Свято було вже на підході, і місто вдягло святкові вбрання.
En: The holiday was approaching, and the city had donned festive attire.

Uk: Оксана поспішала додому, коли побачила групу туристів.
En: Oksana was hurrying home when she saw a group of tourists.

Uk: Вони стояли біля будинку з велетенським маскароном на даху.
En: They were standing near a building with a giant mascaron on the roof.

Uk: Оксана була у своєму традиційному українському костюмі – вишиванка, плахта, червоний пояс і віночок із стрічками.
En: Oksana was in her traditional Ukrainian costume – an embroidered shirt, plachta, red belt, and a wreath with ribbons.

Uk: «Ви тут з екскурсією?
