(1:05) This week is national inclusion week and with us in the studio is Nycki Gray-Cooper who is the chair of our allies network and recently gave a presentation on her lived experience of being an Ally. 

(14:20) Our colleague Amanda and Pete met with Martin Kitts who’s been a organ donation recipient on three occasions over the past 34 years and has also recently taken part in the British Transplant Games. 

(23:21) We’ll have more information about the transplant process and where you can find out about becoming an organ doner with Sarah Jarvis – The clinical lead for organ donation at Royal Cornwall Hospital.

(38:02) We have Eve Tuckers Green tip and this week its on Beach Cleanups!
