Adrian Goldberg and Charlie Methven are joined by Paul Elliott, an advisor to both UEFA and the FA on anti racism and diversity. 

Paul, who started his career att Charlton, now leads on these issues alongside Charlie in the boardroom at The Valley.

He was a co-founder of Kick It Out, and played more than 300 professional games in England, Scotland and Italy.
