In continuing in my theme of ‘getting uncomfortable’ and sharing truth, I’m so honored and blessed to connect with an old acquaintance, we will call her ‘Bwiti Sister’.

She has lived the life many of us have; Imperfect childhood, neurosis, addiction, attachment-aka being a normal human in this western culture that has become such a rat race.

‘ Bwiti Sister’ was led to plant medicine, which has changed her life and allowed her to heal. Not only has she continued to heal but she has traveled to Africa to learn from Shamans and practitioners of plant Medicine that has existed in our world for EONS! She has been blessed to help others heal through her experiences.

So Grateful for ‘Bwiti Sister’, for sharing her story, her past pain and also how these plant medicines have opened the door to healing. The medicine alone doesn’t fix everything, but it gives the chance to address the underlying pain and to learn to INTEGRATE the lessons into a way of life that leads to our True Happiness, which is ALWAYS our choice.
