Not only does it show integrity but it the fans of the teams they played or play for appreciate it. As a fan, today, players are like trained assasins and its hard to fully support or follow ones career because they keep moving around.

I hope Lebron thinks twice before leaving. In the long run, it would be better for his career to not play on so many teams. On the other hand, I am sure he don't want to be remembered as a Journeymen or Ring Chaser.
