In this beautiful song, he referred to rice farming in the Gilaki language (The Gilaki language is an Iranian language of the Northwestern branch, spoken in Iran's Gilan Province). As you already maybe know the king of rice in cultivation and consumption in Iran is Gilan and the queen of it is Mazandaran.
