We talk about plant medicine and the various modalities that are used in healing these days with Jahan, who knows quite a bit about this subject. Jahan tells about his first experience with psychedelics and an impression he received and voice he heard, which he believes was God, which has set his life on a path he didn’t anticipate earlier in his life. People who experience these types of experiences will often experience a natural regulation of the breathing that will help calm the individual and can put you into a meditative state.
