Fellows: In re the matter of "PROVEN in a court of law" is not an accuracy; Doug, regarding the assertion by his counsel that TCarlson should not be taken literally, is a statement in the record only and was not at all 'a finding' by the court's decision to deny the claim of libel. Really, nothing actually was proven. It simply by being stated by counsel in their argument is in the record-that's it, simply 'in the record' and the outcome decision is the precedent by which future cases can cite to sway a court to their side. It's all BS from soup to nuts and a reasonable person should know this is what the court decided-maybe...thanks for keeping it going.
