The Burger Shire, a fast-food restaurant, has a sign reading, "Now serving second breakfast." In the Lord of the Rings books and movies, second breakfast is a meal enjoyed by the Hobbits, who all live in The Shire.
Pixar's iconic Pizza Planet truck appears in the troll bridge toll scene. However - it's called the Pizza Realm
Triple Dent Gum is sold at the gas station Ian and Barley visit; which is an Easter Egg for Inside Out (2015).
Look closely at the Manticore's Tavern. The cook is actually Remy, the rat from Ratatouille, while other members of the staff are wearing Sorcerer Mickey hats. There's even a Pixar ball in the background, emblazoned on a shield. The prize area includes the toy frogs from Toy Story 4.
In Barley's van there is a sign that says, "You shall not pass" a reference to Lord of the Rings.
There are many beverages advertised in the gas station called Cloak and Cola and Mountain Doom (also a Lord of the Rings reference to Mt. Doom) and Satyrade
There is a Skyrim logo on the dashboard of Guinevere 2.
When Ian and Barley go to the manticores tavern the claw game in the back, it's called 'Gauntlet" and the claw is very clearly an Infinity Gauntlet.
Barley's decked-out vest includes an Infinity Gauntlet Patch on the left breast pocket.
There are stickers and patches that adorn Barley's van and jacket that say Hades, Hydra, and Smote. References to Hercules, the Marvel Comics Universe, and Moana, respectively.
The birthday song in the manticores tavern is the same tune as the one from The Emperor's New Groove (2000).
Barley also has a Hades patch on his vest jacket referencing Hercules (1997).
On one of the pixie fairies jackets is a a skull similar looking to the one on Sid's shirt from Toy Story (1995).
The construction worker's name is Felix, a reference to Fix-It Felix from Wreck-It Ralph (2012).
